Straight Shot Mobile Mechanics ("Service Provider") liability is limited exclusively to the specific repair or service that has been diagnosed and agreed upon by the customer ("Client"). Service Provider is not responsible for any vehicle damage, mechanical failure, or malfunction arising from conditions or components not directly related to the diagnosed service work.
Service Provider performs a visual inspection of the vehicle and components related to the diagnosed issue. If Service Provider identifies hazardous, unsafe, or failing components that are not part of the agreed-upon service, Service Provider will notify the Client of these conditions and recommend repair.
Client Assumption of Risk: If the Client chooses to refuse recommended repairs after being notified of unsafe or deteriorated conditions, the Client assumes full responsibility for any subsequent failure, damage, or safety issues resulting from that component. Service Provider shall not be held liable for damage caused by the Client's decision to defer or decline recommended maintenance.
Service Provider warrants that all work performed under this service agreement will be completed in a professional and competent manner in accordance with industry standards. This warranty applies solely to the workmanship and materials used in the specific service performed.
This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
Service Provider may discover deteriorated, unsafe, or failing components during service. All such findings will be communicated to the Client in writing or verbally before proceeding with work. The Client must acknowledge receipt and understanding of any safety recommendations.
If the Client elects not to proceed with recommended repairs for identified hazardous conditions, the Client must sign or verbally confirm acceptance of this risk. Service Provider will document this decision in service records.
By accepting service from Straight Shot Mobile Mechanics, the Client hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless Service Provider from all claims, damages, or liability arising from:

All service performed by Straight Shot Mobile Mechanics will be documented in a written service agreement or invoice specifying:

Service Provider's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the cost of the service work performed under the disputed agreement. In no event shall Service Provider be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
